Who processes your data

The controller is Dynamic Research. The channel for data subjects — to request access, correction, deletion or any other right — is contato@dynamic-research.io, and that is where we answer from.

Two different roles

When you sign up, write to us or browse this site, we are the CONTROLLER of your data. When a customer uses the platform and registers third-party data in it, the customer decides what is collected: there we are a PROCESSOR, acting on their behalf, and we do not use that data for our own purposes.

What we collect, and when

• Trial account request: name, email and mobile number, to create the account and deliver the first administrator's password.
• Contact form: name, email, company, phone and the message. It is not stored in a database — it becomes an email in our contact inbox.
• Site usage: pages viewed and interactions, through Microsoft Clarity, and ONLY if you accept the consent banner.
• Platform usage: session identification and an audit trail of actions, which is what makes it possible to say who changed what.

What we use it for

• Answering what you asked for — the contact message and the trial request.
• Creating, running and supporting your account on the platform.
• Security: limiting sign-in attempts, recording what changes and investigating abuse.
• Understanding how the site is used, to improve it — only with your consent.

On what legal basis

Contact messages and trial requests are processed to answer your request and perform the contract (LGPD, Art. 7, V). Security and the audit trail are our legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX). Site analytics depend on your consent (Art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie banner.

Who we share it with

• Resend, which delivers our email — it receives the address and the message.
• Microsoft Clarity, which measures site usage — only with your consent, and the data leaves the country (Art. 33).
• Hostinger, where the platform is hosted.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purpose that collected it: the account, while it exists; the audit trail, for as long as it must answer for a change. The contact message stays only in our email inbox. You can ask for deletion through the channel above.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to the platform — without it there is no login. The analytics cookie is only created if you accept it, and the banner can be reopened in the footer if you change your mind.

Your rights

The LGPD (Art. 18) grants confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Write to contato@dynamic-research.io and we answer within the legal deadline.

Changes to this policy

If it changes, the date above changes with it. A relevant change is announced to whoever has an account on the platform.
